Thanks Gene for the rest of that story. Yes they really took those investors to the cleaners. I was on the buy list but thank God I did not pull the trigger. We have to blame the SEC for allowing so much of this crap to continue. Some nice stiff in the clink time would go a long way to slowing down some of this BS. If as you say, UMSI is still a viable company with just a cash problem thats cool I guess. The only question is why did they not do a secondary offering when the stock was in the 2 dollar area. That would have been a lot better than what finally happened. Gene if you ever get that big foot of yours up some insider butt, pull it out real fast and hopefully it will turn the unfortunate one in side out. This way we will get a real good look at what they are really made of. Give um real h-e double hockey sticks for us all Gene. We wait with bail in hand should you go postal on them.........Archie
