jim, cpq is making more money on the $1000 presario in the present mfg'ing footprint than the $2000 presario when they were making them. in fact presarios were losing money in the old days. So now you are saying that $ 1,000 machines are more profitable than $2,000 machines. Go figure. So how much do they make on a $699 presario ? and do they have a P II 233 @ the $ 1,299 price that CPU is advertising today ? jim
