Nonsense, all storms go through a life cycle... Starting from a mere tropical depression, building to a peak and dissipating after a they make landfall... It's ridiculous and dishonest to call Katrina and Sandy cat 1 and 2 storms, and belittle the damage wrought by them. This is just another example of the climate change deniers campaign of lies and disinformation, all to support their agenda - support of the hydrocarbon industry and profit from disasters
