A fellow by the username Gloruex, or Glorieux? Something like that. When the Slide came out that Production would begin in 2018, thats when the rumour was floated that they had heard they could skip the EA. I said they were smokin dope. Shortly after the slide with the 2018 production was removed.

So 2.5 Years if they start today for the EA. Why do I say 2.5 years? Well RPA says 30 months and thats because they know that the EA also has to include a dewatering plan, so therefore water ingression studies are added to the 2 year EA.
2 years to remove and pile 27,000,000tons of dirt and mud 16 feet high for one square mile, that assumes no dewatering issues and NO RAIN.
1 Year to build the plant.
