Women bullying men isn't acceptable.
Women bullying women isn't acceptable.
Women bullying boys isn't acceptable.
Women bullying girls isn't acceptable.
Women bullying animals isn't acceptable.

You can add modifiers, such as
Muslim women bullying American men
Hispanic girls bully right-handed boys

Whatever. Bullying is out. It stayed in the country you want back.
