I agree about this sector should not follow classic rule of bottom
fishing..
don't you think at this point the central bankers could be even selling the gold to each other so if hedge funds try to come in,
the central bankers will play more musical gold..
Also people like Peter M. doesn't care..he is so hedged..he would
probably be delighted for the price to fall lower so companies can
just come crawling to him. What strong parties can go against the
current market forces?
I do read the news all the time waiting to read some shift in policy
or some shift in perception..
I don't see the USA tanking ...yet..too many undervalued small caps..
if I start seeing the biotechs hitting the sky again, I will become
quite bullish on gold.
Just realized that even Peter Munk could be selling the gold market
short..He has all to gain. He can buy back the hedged position at
even much cheaper prices. Currently what does he have to gain if
the price starts resuming. Wonder if he could have report it on
the company books?
