Sometimes winning for the sake of winning is worse than loosing for the sake of winning. Think about this one! If EXL loses the battle, they could drag the litigation out with counter suits and make the property "useless" to either party as a cash cow. But if they work togother, then things may have a better outcome for both parties, especially with the super grades and recovery recently announced. Cheers Winzer
