Posted on Agoracom "Mara is not a deemed insider with her position so she will be invisible to us in terms of seeing her options and shares on CanadianInsider." If the above is accurate, I have to admit to bring surprised. Ms Strazdins' title is VP Corporate Communications and Investor Relations I am of the belief that a Vice-President of the company would be a member of the BOD (not just a member of the Advisory Board) and therefore would be considered an insider. Am I wrong?
