I guess I need to know your defintition of a bear market. To me, a bear market lasts at least 2 full years and the general market drops at least 15%. Generally, if an investor has a 3 year outlook, bear markets are great times to be buying, if one has any money to do so. But usually not small companies like this one, or at least not until the market starts to come around and they have survived.
