Taking the money and running is part of the game.... and understood. You however hype your crap as "value" where very little exists.

...and yeah, maybe I should be in mutual funds... esp since I've rode stocks from pennies to dollars which translated from 4 figures to 7.... and then back to zero. Trust me, I can tell you stories about how much I suck at trading. call it luck, but i still managed to put the beans in the burritos for my family of 8 over the last 18 years trading.

I'm not very good at math -- so maybe you can tell me the percentage gain on this

if I buy 4000 shares of xyz stock at 5 cents and then sell those 4000 of those shares at $5.00 and then take the $20,000 from that sale and buy 20 acres of land for $20,000 and then sell that land for $69,000 ---> how much a percentage gain would that be? Don't get me wrong, I know that 69k / 200 = 345 times my money... but what would you call that in percentage?
