Did you read the post?

I did not name the poster.

I was not attempting to show he is wrong (I was not/am not sure he is wrong).

I asked if MS was an insider.

I said I thought she was.

I was prepared for other posters to say "Yes you are right" OR "No, you are wrong"

I was not expecting more pontificating and sermonizing from you.

Back to the actual question in my post:
"I am of the belief that a Vice-President of the company would be a member of the BOD (not just a member of the Advisory Board) and therefore would be considered an insider.
Am I wrong?"
