Giora, I recently presented that same line of questioning to Helen, she stated that negotiations have been ongoing on more then one front and a lot of minor details have delayed the closing of proposed deals. I wasn't able to get much more out her than that, but it seems that the body of any agreement has been hammered out long ago, it's just some finer points that needed to be shored up. Hopefully they have been holding back to allow for both the holidays and recent market conditions to expire before announcing anything. Here's hoping. RB
