I don't believe this is a correct analysis. Most of the possible good news for IOMG is out already, unless compaq wakes up :). On the other hand, brokereages have already announced that further downward revisions are likely for 3rd Q earnings. There is unlikely to be any major squeezing because of this, and there is probably going to be profit taking from people who recently bought. Also, people who bought at the secondary public offering will try to bail out if it gets anywhere near the 30s! All this, plus an already unrealistically high p/e spells T-E-E-N-S again for IOMG, but after the 3rd quarter is clear, I will probably buy!
