You really have no idea what you are talking about do you? You are taking rules of business that apply to virtually everywhere but the VSE and trying to apply them to a speculating environment.
So according to your theory 97% of all CEOs on the VSE are all total failures because they had a bad property. 3% are successes because they found value in their property. Thats how you think. Which is a person who has no knowledge of high risk. NONE.
