(a) they are still at mini-pilot plant testing for concentration (putting into question what they called successful the last time) (b) they have yet to mini-pilot plant test for purification (poor results there will scuttle this thing for good) (c) there is no pilot plant for graphene production, it is a pilot test as in pilot project for graphene infused with Albany nano graphite
