Yes they do Max, plus a little health insurance benefits thrown in to boot. All of their employees have to take several weeks of training also. Their desire is to keep a well trained staff on the job at all times. Their products are top quality, and their leadership has done a great job of covering all the bases. Glen said they were first class and that he was in heavy. I took a look, and liked what I saw, so now I'm looking for a big payoff when the smoke clears in this one. SBUX has its following, but we think that New World has them beat in quality of product and offering. Time will tell on just how far they will be able to take this young but promising puppy. This smells of a pleasent profit opportunity.......Archie
