Hello everyone, sorry to bring up a decade+-old thread but I am looking for any information on this company. Specifically, any news about it ceasing operations. My husband invested money in this company and never saw a return nor got his investment back. We recently found the original stock certificate and are now looking to write off the loss and need support that the business is "dead". Any help would be appreciated. TIA
