I guy with a name like that can't be all bad! I have not had any of the misfortune, you have apparently run across, in my dealings with ETRADE. I love them and I fully expect this company to reap huge market share in the online broker service and a respectable portion of the overall broker market in the long run. The discount and friendly interface will eventually displace the traditional commissioned broker and to the benefit of all the little investors in the world! I sure hope your luck turns around!
