So what does this all mean to those that cannot read?

1) We are now part of the Pebble Bed Reactor Group
2) We are being tested now by an American Group.
3) Expect very soon for the same sort of alliance to be gained from other Groups like the French, the Brits, the Aussies, the Chinese, the Japanese, who are also working on their Pebble Beds.

Its not quite as classy as Concrete but it will do for now
