Hi Frank, thanks for the reply. I got upset at having to spend several hours getting the information to post (in reply to another note) and then getting bashed for trying to get information out. I posted all the relevant links too. Its not like I stated something and then leave everyone to find the info for themselves. In this case there is something to investigate in regards to JMAR and Hitachi. There may not be a relationship, that is for us to ascertain.

Aside from that, I am truly optimistic on JMAR. I used to hold back my true optimism in fear of it be seen as hyping, but the rampant negative comments (some true, but some being negative just to be negative), left me feeling that there had to be some balance to the discussions.

Take for instance this continual beating of the horse to death about the swiss deal. The deal is done, JMAR has 3 million more dollars in the bank, and an excellent balance sheet. Its over. The stock tanked on their shorting. In the short-term it killed the stock. Long-term it is a bump in the road. Its time to move on to other discussions than continuing to harp on a dead issue that cannot be changed. Time to move on...
