Mines Management (MGT-T) will be delisted at the close on Sept. 15, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The TSX reports that Hecla Mining (HL-NY) will acquire Mines Management in a merger. As stated in Mines Management's proxy statement dated Aug. 10, 2016, Mines Management shareholders will receive 0.2218 of a share of Hecla per Mines Management share held.
