Remember that this is not a Chinese company and is headquartered in Switzerland. Your scenario of not being able to re finance at a low rate is unrealistic. Companies do this all the time. The value of their patents alone is worth a lot. Companies with $300 million in sales don't just go away, they get bought out or go private. JMHO
