Well, maybe.
According to a conversation I had tonight, the investment community believes there is more to it than that.

The story circulating is that Mara was "name hired" at the insistence of a "very large ZEN shareholder".
Her job is to boost ZEN's share price to the point where he and his associates can bail without losing a ton of cash.
At that point Mara will also depart for greener pastures.

Note: my source stated that although he/she and others believe the above to be true, it should be treated as a rumor.

I am not claiming it to be fact - just passing it along.

If true, her limited tenure would also explain why she is the only VP that was not given options and is not deemed an "insider" for SEDI purposes.
