Ron,

I beg to differ with your comments. The volume of 360,000+ shares over the past two trading sessions was UNPRECEDENTED for IAIC. And it was accompanied by a +33% gain from the Tuesday intraday low to the close on Wednesday.

In the move up from September '96 to September '97 and the move down through December 29th IAIC NEVER traded this many shares over a two day period. You can look this up to verify it.

IMO, no MM was painting any pictures at year-end ... this was a major reversal breakout for IAIC on the BUY SIDE! I suspect that fund buying was the basis for this as IAIC's market cap was a mere $65 million when the stock was 10 1/2.

Also, tax-loss selling is over and the consummation of the private placement is anticipated in the near-term. The CA-IAIC Y2K alliance for the Fortune 1000 market is solid and IAIC's governmental connections should also begin to reap rewards.

The Y2K stock sector has regained favor on the Street. Tonight's "Money Line" discussion on CNN with Ed Yardeni of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and R. McNamee of Integral Capital Partners ABSOLUTELY REINFORCED MY BELIEF that the Y2K sector in general will have another big resurgence in 1998 with IAIC outperforming the group.

If you are shorting IAIC then you should not have more money invested in it than you could afford to lose.

I remain ver-r-ry long on IAIC!

Have a Happy New Year!

Regards.

Elliot
