Stockman, Part of any bond offering bond holders are represented by Bond cousnsel. Bond counsel are required to carry liability insurance well in excess of the issue for the protection of the bond holders. Your such a rookie. Anyone with the first course in Finance under his belt knows better... You may want to stop embarresing yourself in front of all the people who thread here!
