Far East, I got the report. I had thought you meant that CREAF was their top pick overall! But being the top in Asia is still pretty good.

I am still really mad at them for worsening the situation by downgrading at the worst possible time. It was irresponsible, especially considerring that they are shareholders themselves! In the long run, though, I really don't care because I know we will be trading in the 40's a year from now. 50 may be asking too much, but 40 is definitely reasonable. DVD will continue to ramp. They will continue to promote their new speaker line, which should exhibit huge growth. The new high end soundblaster detailed at COMDEX will fuel margin expansion. Most importantly, '98 will bring 4 more estimate-beating quarters.

I think that many funds have been holding off from buying CREAF because it was still considered a turnaround story in the past year. Now that they have proven themselves, they will be rewarded heavily.

GO CREAF!

Brian
