It requires superior intellect to conceptualize, design, build, and create. In contrast, those with inferior intellect mar, ruin, deface, and destroy. That's why (a) Africa, Central America, and Muslim countries are filthy hellholes, and (b) white SJWs constantly insist that whites in civilization send money and freebies galore to the inhabitants of the third world in order to provide for all of their needs.
Incidentally, those "needs" are always defined by white SJWs who use -- wait for it -- white standards! There is so much rich irony (and racism) there that one hardly knows where to begin.
In one sentence, the SJWs insist that everyone is exactly the same, and in the next sentence, they insist that the third-world cannot survive without perpetual intervention and oversight from whites.
