BY--""I don't see the USA tanking ...yet..too many undervalued small caps.."" You are right, a lot of small caps are trading below value, but the problem for them is the new listing regs for Nasdaq. A lot of stocks on the regular Naz, and 1/2 of the ones that trade on the small cap board, may end up in BB hell. It will be a mess for the small caps.
