Bob,

Good alert on the option trading. It seems to me that the
insiders are hedging their positions as new tax law obsoletes
shorting against the box. They chose particularly April 98
probably because it's a time when they have hold the shares
for 18 months.

Keep up the good work and I will reenter the short camp if
i can borrow shares.
