Paul, One of the classic "bashes" by an analyst was last April when Intel reported outstanding results at about 4:05 PM. AT 4:06 PM, Erika Klauer (then with Salomon) was being interviewed live on CNBC and she was downgrading Intel instantaneously - without having had time to EVEN READ INTEL's QUARTERLY REPORT. As far as fundamentals go, she was right. Wasn't Q1 97 the last quarter with significant growth? The stock price topped about a quarter later, when everyone else realized it. Joe
