Did Obama cure cancer before or after "the moment" when "the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal"? If they had snuck in "repealing the executive order that freed all slaves in the states that were in rebellion against the federal government" as a 6th choice, some people would have gotten confused and picked it. Probably not very many but that's in the context of five other choices (where if you don't understand one you could pick another). If they had just asked "do you support Obama's plan to repeal the executive order... You could have gotten a lot more people saying yes, not understanding what it is, but since they support Obama they figure if he supports X so do they.
