Let me play what-if.....what if they are delaying the 4th qtr numbers intentionally...so they can depress the stock price....so they can make a buyout offer of, say, $4.50 to $5 per share? The previously announced warrant buyback was done with company funds and has taken about 1 million of potential new shares out of the market and has facilitated such a buyout manuver. Maybe this is far fetched, but I've seen much stranger things happen. I hope I'm wrong....
