fakesue, which by the way is a very appropriate name for a Knat that was faking a lawsuit against me for the last 3 years. BD owns a capital company, as mentioned. Capital companies lend money to startups like VSE stocks. Many of these stocks in a token of appreciation would appoint him to the BoD, Which was more symbolic then anything however it did allow him to garner some options, which in the end expired.
What you should be asking is how much money did his Capital Company lend to these companies and how much did he lose or make?
