According to i-node, Trump's foundation did nothing wrong. It is just people not understanding how things are done. What they did is very common and perfectly legal. The Clinton's foundation, however, is very clearly corrupt. Despite the Clinton's not gaining any benefit. Because... Benghazi I suppose.
