Brian,

Both of your proxy's will be for the same stocks, the ones registered to you on or about November 21, 1997

Don't you think it might be very hard for Osicom's proxy vote to reach quorum due to the volume of stock recently traded. Many people have gotten out of the stock in the last few days for tax, or other, reasons. Are they going to vote? I'd assume not. If they did vote, they might be bitter at managment and vote against them for all we know. Adding to that fact is that not all shareholders that have kept their shares will vote, just due to apathy or whatever stops people from voting in any election.

It seems that another lack of quorum wouldn't be lack of confidence in the management, but just a lack of current shareholders able to actually vote.

Just one more reason to really vote! I just did! You should too!

I wish I would get a paid by Osicom for my commercials.
