In a fair election, I believe that Trump would defeat Hillary, but there are other considerations in play. Regarding Hillary's health crisis, I believe that Hillary and the DNC know that she's dying and doesn't have long to live, but they are playing this development by formulating optional contingencies.
I conjecture that the primary option is for Hillary to continue to run her campaign. This gives the DNC the opportunity to measure and assess how she is faring right up until election week. If it becomes clear to the DNC that she will prevail on election day, they would take no action. The outcome with this option, of course, is that she would win, secure her place as the first female POTUS, and then, when she dies from her chronic and terminal medical conditions shortly thereafter, Kaine would take over. Under President Kaine, Congress would probably move quickly to confirm a militant and radical black female Muslim as Kaine's VP, thus furthering the globalists' agenda.
Option 2 would transpire if the DNC were to determine in the days before election day that a Trump win is highly probable. In that case, Hillary would feign a major collapse in a very visible and public way, such as in the middle of a speech within a few days of the election. Upon her collapse and hospitalization, the election would be "temporarily postponed" until Hillary's status is eventually revealed. A month or so may elapse without any resolution regarding bedridden Hillary and the election. She would ultimately withdraw, citing "health reasons".
Upon her withdrawal, Obama and clowngress would quickly step in and postpone the election for a much longer period of time following a public-opinion "debate" to determine what is a "fair and legal" amount of time to postpone the election to give the new Democratic candidate a fair amount of time to get "up to speed". I think they would push for a full year.
With these options, I think the ba$tards are fully ready to deal with Hillary's health crisis by employing cut-throat contingency plans that strongly favor the Democratic Party and would result in a Democratic Party outcome.
