So, are you saying that the Legacy REIT is going to be hit badly by Asia? Keep in mind that north-south trade is still pretty brisk so hotels will still be in demand.

Also, with the REIT holding hotels in several geographical regions - BC, Alberta, Ontario, QC, Maritimes - there is a hedge against a total Canadian downturn in hotel room occupancy.

But I AM concerned that the unit price is still at the IPO level and its first dividend is less than promised.
