You would have to be a moron to not see the double standard. Trump's level of dishonestly exceeds anything ever seen before in politics .

When Trump loses, I hope this new brand of politics dies with his candidacy.

Trump tells gigantic lies in every speech. Everyone knows it when he tells his lies. Everyone. Respected news outlet have taken to regularly calling his statements lies. I've never seen the media go this far - it really has taken a special offense to sensibilities and basic integrity for the press to (finally) begin calling out Trump's lies in plain English, "This is a lie".

And yet Trump repeats them. Unedited. And his surrogates repeat them. This sort of propaganda - covered for its sensational absurdity ("tell a lie big enough"), is straight out of Joseph Goebbels playbook.

One can understand his appeal to anti-Semites and racists. It truly takes a special sort of hatred to lose all concern and regard for the truth.
