Answers, Answers! I believe that the default assumption for stock sales is FIFO (First In First Out) unless you elect to specifically identify which stock is being sold. Although I may be wrong. It may be LIFO default assumption. I will post with certainty on Monday when I can reach my tax book. The rumors regarding Iowa's loss to AZ Sate are: 1) An anonymous caller to the stadium said that Matt Sherman's mother had been rushed to the hospital. This caused the offensive linemen to forget the snap count several times, the offensive coordinator to forget that the tight end is eligible to receive a pass, Matt Sherman to forget how to throw a pass or throw the ball away to avoid a sack and the coach (108 year old hayden Fry) to forget he had another quarterback on his roster until there were 3 minutes left in the game. The truth is that Hayden Fry has some stupid rule about playing starting QBs after they come back from an injury. Matt Sherman couldn't find the right zip code with his passes leaving AZ State to tee off against the run. P.S. Purdue already beat OK State, so Big Ten will go 2-4 and win the national championship after Nebraska chokes tomorrow from being too uptight about Osborne's last game.
