Scott,

Thanks. I am assuming you mean 42% for 10-97, 45% for 7-97, and 52% for 4-97. If MUEI accounted for approximately 50% of CMCI's revenue during the last two quarters of 97 fiscal year and accounted for 21% for the entire fiscal year, then we know MUEI was practically zilch for the first two quarters. IF your numbers are correct then CMCI's non-MUEI revenue is growing at an astounding rate and we will be back to $100 million in quarterly revenue in no time. Non-MUEI revenue would be $26 million in 4-97 (48% on 54.4), $34 million in 7-97 (55% of 62), and $52 million in 10-97. For same three quarters MUEI would have been, of course, $28MM, $30MM, and $38MM. The MUEI revenue would actually be growing at a slower rate than the other customers. MUEI therefore a drag on growth<G>. I think your %'s are too high and much of the accelerating revenue was from MUEI. I hope you are correct though. If non-MUEI grew $18MM from 7-97 to 10-97 then why not another $18MM from 10-97 to 1-98 and hit $70MM. Add MUEI for Nov & Dec and 1-98 total revenue could be $110MM (with Christmas and all). 4-98 MUEI goes to zero and therefore the total would be $88MM with another $18MM growth. After all 18 over a larger and larger base is a smaller and smaller %. This seems too good to be true. If MUEI started contracting with CMCI last spring your numbers could be right though.
