Sure, the vast majority of the ice remains. Which is irrelevant to your claim it is gaining ice instead of losing it.

So you move the goal posts.

The fact of the matter is that 0.3%, assuming that is an accurate figure, still means that it has contributed to the rise in sea level. Considering that the ice on Greenland comprises 10% of the world's freshwater, that is a considerable amount of water.
