Sure he can. NH doesn't even have that many electoral votes.

OTOH he likely can't win without having either FL or OH, and may need both. If he gets both he's got a good shot of wining. If he only gets one it could still happen but he'd have to win most of VA, NC, CO, WI, NH, NV.

If he wins neither its probably over for him. He'd have to win all but two of of PA, OH, VA, NC, OH, MN, and WI, and then one of the following states, NV, NM, or NH (or win another state from the previous list or win Maine but Maine breaks down its electoral votes rather then winner automatically taking all and he would probably not get all of them ), while holding on to every single state that's clearly for him or leaning his way.
