Again, "Stop and frisk" was thrown out in New York by the courts. It was found to be grossly discriminatory. How nice of YOU to actually look up implied consent and paste your results. Yes, implied consent provides the legal basis for the intrusive search that can arise from DUI checkpoints. There are many conditions which govern the setup of a valid DUI checkpoint. You are welcome to look those up, too.
