Twick,

I think the company will do well. But I don't like the price and the number of shares. At roughly 1 3/4/share and 60 million shares, the market value of this company is now 105 million, may be too expensive. But who knows with Microsoft. MSFT bought WebTV for 400 million, I think, and WebTV hasn't made money. Similarly, it just bought Hotmail for couple million bucks.

I think I'll skip this stock at this price.

Mike.

P.S. Wait a second, MSFT already owns 33% of this company. MSFT gets the shares cheap at 0.75 by loaning out 20 million to DGSD, so they only need to buy the remaining of the company for 33.8 million. Total cost for MSFT: 54 million. Too cheap.
