Dave,

Intel insiders sold in 60's and low 70's a couple months ago. Stock is now in high 90's and they have painted a rosey picture for Q3 earnings. Insiders sell for many many reasons. History has shown that there is no correlation between insider selling and the stock subsequently going up or down.

Simplot (top MU shareholder) sold a bundle of MU in low 20's recently. Now stock is in low 30's.
