Fingerscan Pty Limited's initial strategies consisted of:
Developing a base of blue-chip reference accounts. Establishing a global distribution agreement with major multinational partners Developing a network of branch offices and an international distribution network Building useful commercial application software modules, based around Fingerscan Pty Limited's biometric products
Fingerscan Pty Limited has achieved all these objectives. A regarded client base has been developed, strategic partnerships with Fujitsu, Siemens and Oracle are in place, there are now five fully manned offices and almost 80 professional and committed distributors. Most importantly, the Fingerscan Operating System, (Fingerlan III) is now in its third iteration; it integrates seamlessly into a wide variety of computer networks and software suites, and is capable of communicating data across a room or around the world with simplistic ease. Besides access control and time and attendance, modules exist for automated reporting systems (for bailees/parolees, etc) job costing systems, task authentication programs, internet access, electronic commerce (such as authorising electronic funds transfer between accounts or banks) and many others by:
Developing superior products, and providing an excellent service network
Offering complete solutions to clients needs, not just a 'better mousetrap'
Giving an extremely high level of commitment to clients - 'loving them to death'!
