To all and especially Jim,
A Happy New Year and a very prosperous 1998!!!
Jim, I think you sent the wrong email to me which should have been sent to drsevetre. However, it does not really matter.
At the beginning of the year, I read through the GW thread from No 1 to its end and I really think you are hell of a contributor to this thread. Even though hard-working and sincere people are not appreciated much these days in this world, I value your input and dedication to this thread. If hope is what we all live for, cheerleading is not a bad thing and for that I may not even be qualified. Therefore, don't quit because I started trading this stock as a day-trader.
As a matter of fact, GW is my core holding as of Dec 23 and I became long since then. I still cannot guarantee I won't day-trade GW, or for that matter, any stocks since my philosophy is kind of cynical of any organized institution such as a company or the government. My attitude turned since the Waco fire that killed 25 innocent and beautiful children. David Coresh is no saint, but to kill these children only helped make him one. For that, won't you say his prediction came true? I think 99% Chinese folks would agree with me on that if the US government wants to take a poll in China.
Besides everything, I think GW does have potential to reach your target this year. This is the year of the Tiger in the Chinese calendar; there is no wolf in the 12 animals in the Chinese calendar. However, if GW goes up and makes me a millionaire, I wouldn't mind going all out on my limbs to advocate adding wolf to the calendar. I will let every Chinese folk know how wonderful the wolves are.
Again, happy New Year.
P.S. I don't harbor any hostility towards you. So, come back to the pack. |
