I have read lots of user reports from Tapei on the overclockable K6-166 (to 266Mhz @2.8V) and could not interprete this news well.

These overclockable K6-166 (either CA or USA version) must be of .25u process as the current .35u K6 tops at 250Mhz @3.2V

Should I interprete the news as .25u K6 are in mass production or the yield of .25u K6 is too low to qualify for 2.1V? I am clueless.
