I do believe she has a serious neurological problem. I have heard speculation several diseases/conditions attributing to her bizarre behavior. What you posted seems applicable as does this posted by weatherguru: After seeing her eyes the other day, it makes me wonder if she has myasthenia gravis. Nonetheless, I bet she wears cold packs to help slow the muscle fatigue...on her legs and perhaps vests (hidden under poncho outfits). It's easy for someone with MG to fatigue in heat.
