Seeing a lot more of 95-100% LTV's now single family up to say $350k range.. I will be selling once my cap rates get anywhere down near the 5% range.. Probably get back into flipping, something I haven't done in five years as long as prices flatten out at high levels in a couple of years... Haven't bought anything for a year now so getting bored. Any chance the high end overbuilt condo markets take down the rest of the real estate markets in the meantime??
